By creating a Hello Cadrey account you agree to these terms.
The service
Hello Cadrey screens calls forwarded to it by an AI assistant, shows you the results, and lets you take a message, block, or intercept. Screening quality depends on carriers, networks, and third-party AI, and is not guaranteed to catch every unwanted call or to never misclassify a wanted one.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
- Use the service lawfully. Do not use it to harass, defraud, or record people where prohibited by law.
- Recording laws vary by state and country; you are responsible for compliance where you live.
Free and paid plans
The free plan includes a limited set of agents and a monthly screening cap. Premium is a recurring subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play, and renews until you cancel in your store account.
Plans, features, screening limits, and prices may change at any time. The current price is always shown before you buy in the App Store or Google Play, and the latest plan details and terms are always posted at cadrey.ai/terms. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and our plans, features, and prices, at any time. We post the current version on this page with the "last updated" date above. Please check cadrey.ai/terms for the latest; continued use means you accept it.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwight Davis Consulting LLC is not liable for missed calls, misclassifications, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
