Delete Your Data

You control your data and can delete it at any time.

Delete specific data yourself (no account deletion)

• Individual calls, transcripts, and summaries: open the call in Recent in the app and tap Delete.
• Contacts / VIPs and blocked numbers: remove them in Settings.

Delete your entire account and all data

In the app (fastest): open Settings, scroll to Account, and tap Delete account. This immediately and permanently erases your account and all associated data, your profile, phone number, call records, transcripts, summaries, recordings, contacts, VIP and blocked lists, and device tokens. It cannot be undone. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it in the Google Play Store first.

By email: if you cannot access the app, email support@cadrey.ai from the address on your account (or with your account phone number) and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

You can also export a copy of your data first from Settings → Account → Download my data.

Data we must retain for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, if any, is limited and deleted when no longer required.
